I am trying to delete our one web application and use Avepoint to restor it.  During the deletion I recieved this error.  "An update conflict has occurred, and you must re-try this action. The object SPWebApplication Name=mhsweb Parent=SPWebService is being updated by ??????\mossservice, in the OWSTIMER process, on machine ???-SHARE-WEB2.  View the tracing log for more information about the conflict."  (I removed our domain name in the log for this string).  All of the site information under the application level is gone, but the application is still showing up in Central Admin.
