Restrict list from being opened with Windows Explorer

I have a list of Infopath forms, each creates an XML file when saved. When you open the list, you can go to Action -> Open with Windows Explorer. This allows someone to copy / modify / delete the raw XML files. How can this be prevented? In other words, how can I keep someone from looking at my list library using Windows Explorer and modifyin the contents from there?
