I have a calender shared by multiple users as follows:

1. user #1 creates a calender entry based on a cust order

2. user #5 appends to subject line when cal item is completed and billed out.

Note: Versioning is turned on and set to 3 version level.

 

Problem: After item is completed (2), the completed item is overwritten by the original entry (1) above. 

Question: how is it possible that the completed item is overwritten by an earlier version, if: all users shared calendar reflect the completed data from (2) above??
