Explorer view in Sharepoint: "Page Cannot Be Found"

A user in our office can access the document library perfectly fine, but when he goes into explorer view it says"

"Page Cannot Be Found"

I can access that same site fine in explorer view. I tried resetting the IE to factory defaults, but that did not help.

Any Suggestions?
